Alina Diguli mu byamasanyalaze eya BSc in Electrical Engineering okuva ku Yunivasite y'e Makerere, mu Uganda, nga yagifuna mu 1992, ne M.S. in Electrical Engineering (1999) okuva ku University of Kansas ng'eno yali asomera sikaala ya Gavumenti, saako ne Ph.D. mu by'okukanika amasanyalaze (2004) okuva ku McGill University mu Montreal, Canada (ng'eno gyeyafunira sikaal ya Commonwealth Scholarship). Mu Gwekkumi 2012, Okello yaweebwa Awaadi ya Women Achievers Award olw'obuweerezabwe mu kutumbula abakyala n'abawala nga ayita mu Sayansi ne Tekinologiya.

Okello yalondebwa nga Pulezidenti omukyala eyasooka ow'ettendekero lya Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers egyayindira ku ttendekero lya institution AGM nga 29 Ogwokuna 2016. Nga 2 Ogwomukaaga 2016 ebbaluwa emuyozayoza okuva ewa Pulezidenti wa Irish Michael D. Higgins yamutuusibwako Ambasada wa Irsh mu Uganda Dónal Cronin olw'okubeera Pulezidenti omukyala ow'ettendekero eyali asoose.
