PPHUF was created by Farmer Chippy and a group of Caribbean/American citizens’ desire to effect change and have a positive impact on the lives of young adults that reside in the Park Heights community as well as focus on food production and distribution to create the first “Agrihood” within the city of Baltimore, Md.
