Philippa Namutebi Kabali-Kagwa (yazaalibwa 1964) Munnayuganda, muwandiisi w'abitabo,[1] mutendesi w'eby'obulamu,[2][3] ng'abeera mu Cape Town, South Africa.[4] Yayogererako ku TEDxTableMountain ne TEDxPrinceAlbert mu 2012.[5] Her memoir, Flame and Song, byafulumizibwa mu 2016.[6][7]
